Taxes & Duties
Import tax and duty fees are subject to your own country and will not be covered by Annabelle London. We are not liable for held up packages at your own countries customs or unforeseen issues.

Couriers
We use EVRI, Royal Mail, DHL, UPS and Fedex courier services.
Pre-Orders
Pre-ordered items that are not in stock, will typically arrive in our warehouse between 10 to 20 days after your purchase date. As soon as your order arrives to us during this period, your order will dispatched immediately using our standard delivery method. However, do note that we cannot confirm these specific dates as there may still be delays due to bank-holidays, factory holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Within 30 days after placing your pre-order, your order will normally be delivered.
