Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return if you are not fully satisfied with your order. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, your items must be unworn or unused, with their tags intact and in its original packaging. Items must be make up, fragrance and stain free.

Please provide your name, order number, date of purchase and receipt of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions where to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Returns are not free, we advise all customers to use a tracked service and to keep their receipt with the tracking details. We can not accept returns that are lost, if customers use a tracked service they are insured with the specific courier.

 

Sale Items
If you are wishing to purchase an item on sale or have already purchased an item which is on sale, please take note, sale items are non refundable unless you have received a defected item. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Cancellations 
If you would like to cancel your order, you must contact us to cancel your order no later than 2 hours after your purchase.

 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and complete the refund too. 

If more than 20-30 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
